Coming from Gates, NY the selection at this specific library is very limited. However, the OWL system for inter library loan is free compared to Monroe County and quick. The hours are incredible and the staff is always polite. They also have a small, but nice area for toddlers.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The library is always very clean and well organized.
The people are nice and caring and help you with everything.
Where can I start with this hell hole of a library. The staff is very cruel and unreasonable. Overall my experience here has been all negative. If i could give less than 1 star i would. Interior is nice tho.
